Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 February 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Champion Pallets website and any enquiries, quotes, purchases, and services provided by CHAMPION PALLETS LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) About us

This website is operated by CHAMPION PALLETS LIMITED.

2) Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

3) Information on the site

We aim to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, or error-free. Any descriptions, images, and examples are provided for general information and may change without notice.

4) Enquiries and quotes

When you submit an enquiry (including through our contact form), we will respond as soon as reasonably possible. Any quote we provide is subject to availability, confirmation of requirements, and (unless stated otherwise) is valid for a limited period specified in the quote.

A quote does not create a binding contract until we confirm acceptance of your order in writing (for example by order confirmation email or invoice).

5) Orders

Orders may be placed by email, phone, or other agreed channels. You are responsible for ensuring that your order details are correct, including quantities, pallet specification/grade, delivery address, access restrictions, and contact details.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it due to availability, delivery constraints, suspected fraud, or other reasonable reasons. If we cancel after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion.

6) Pricing and payment

Prices are as quoted and may be exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges (if applicable) will be confirmed in the quote or order confirmation.

Payment terms will be set out in your quote, invoice, or agreed credit terms. Late payments may result in delays to delivery and/or additional charges as permitted by law.

7) Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as guaranteed. You must ensure safe and suitable access for delivery vehicles at the delivery location, including any necessary permissions or arrangements.

Risk in the goods generally passes on delivery. Please inspect goods on arrival and notify us as soon as possible of any issues.

8) Returns, defects, and issues

If you believe goods are defective, incorrect, or damaged, contact us promptly with details and (where possible) photos. We may request the goods are kept available for inspection.

Where goods are supplied to business customers, returns and remedies will be handled in line with the terms agreed in writing and applicable law. Bespoke or special-order goods may not be returnable unless defective.

9) Pallet condition and reuse

Where we supply used or reconditioned pallets, reasonable variation in appearance, markings, colour, and cosmetic condition is normal and does not affect fitness for purpose where the pallets meet the agreed grade/specification.

10) Intellectual property

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, and design) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written permission, except for personal viewing and normal website use.

11) Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or the supply of goods/services.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to goods/services will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant goods/services giving rise to the claim.

12) Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13) Links to other websites

Our website may include links to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown at the top.

15) Governing law and jurisdiction
